Gratech won the turnkey contract for automation on another building!

Malling & Co Partners and AB Invest have invested in Fredrik Selmers vei 2, which has an area of 26,000 square meters. The building has 9 floors, and the plan is to transform the property into a new office building and approximately 100 apartments.

And we are going to be part of it.

We have won the contract to be the automation provider for the project. Gratech will deliver a web-based BMS, lighting control, energy measurement, heating and cooling systems, shading, and possibly smart building functions. The building will be prepared for Smart Ready.

Not only is this an extremely exciting project, but it also gives us another opportunity to showcase our flexible solutions and unique products.
