Gratech Awarded Turnkey Contract for Fredrik Selmers vei 2

Gratech AS is proud to announce that, in collaboration with HENT AS, we have been awarded the turnkey contract for automation solutions for the new, modern office building at Fredrik Selmers vei 2.

This sustainable building, comprising nine floors and a basement with a total area of approximately 26,000 m², is set to achieve BREEAM-NOR 'Excellent' certification. Ideally located near the Helsfyr public transport hub, it has already attracted tenants such as the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV).
